Week #2 Update (With Pic's)

June 29th, 2015

Hey guys and gals, Lets start off simple, today is Day #8 and also Monday =D I feel as if its another chance to start again and I take it day by day. Last week I did awesome!!! I was able to lose 6 Lbs *Tear *Tear I started off Monday by weighing 221 LBS =(, My goal weight is 150 Lbs and I'm currently at 215.4 lbs as of this Morning June 29, 2015.

 I feel excited and Motivated because I actually see my hard work paying off. Now I do not go to the gym yet But I definitely plan on doing so. Let me give you a quick run-down of last week, So all week I was able to manage to stay right on or under my calories, I did not go to the gym at all last week but def. plan on going this week. I did have my cheat day on Sunday and Ate a whole cheeseburger and it was YUMMY!!! I also did go over my calories slightly on Sunday (yesterday) But I feel thats ok, I need to know that there is a day at the end of every week when I can splurge on Junk food and even though I was able to eat not so healthy I still ate healthy (if that makes any sense lol) I was planning on eating the world on Sunday and when Sunday got here I didn't over do it which I am so thankful for. 

Ok so enough of me boring you let me show you what My Main weight loss secrets are: 

 * Drink at Least 8 Glasses of Water a Day (Min) 
 * Log ALL my Food, Snacks, Water and exercise on www.myfitnesspal.com 
 * Cut my meal portions by Half (or cut off tortillas,I'll post examples on my YOUTUBE Channel) 
* Try my hardest not to eat anything (or only a snack, Unless I'm starving lol) after 7 p.m) 
* Walk Walk Walk!!! 

 3 Years ago I was able to lose weight significantly by following those simple steps above. Give them a try and let me know what you think =D

Day 3

Today is Day 3 and to be honest I feel good!! I feel motivated and I feel like I can do this!!! I feel more motivated now because I keep telling myself, Dont worry, I wont have to be this unhealthy for too much longer and that gives me relief!! I want to feel happy, determined and motivated and I know its just a matter of time =D
